Why will the credit union be closed on April 1 and 2nd?

The credit union will be closed because of the technology upgrades to our operating system. During this time members will not be able to do any transactions in person, online or at a shared branch.

When will the credit union reopen?

Drive thru will open and shared branch will be available on Monday, April 5th .

I received a new debit card in the mail, what do I do with it?

On April 1st, you may activate and use your new MASTERCARD debit card for purchases and to withdraw money at ATMs. Your current VISA debit card will not work after March 31, 2021.

Can I still use the same PIN on my new Mastercard debit card?

Yes, but when you call to activate your new Mastercard debit card, you will need to input the PIN when asked.

My mobile and online banking is not working, how do I access my account?

On April 1st we will be launching new online and mobile banking, though you can still access mobile banking through our current app.

Can I still log in to online and mobile banking with the same password?

No, your initial login for the online and mobile banking will be your four or five digit base account number. The password will be the last 4 of the primary members SSN. After the initial login, the new platform will require members to create a new user name and password.

How do I use remote deposit on the new mobile app?

You no longer need a second log in for remote deposit! You will log in to the mobile banking and see a camera icon labeled deposit. Select this and follow the steps to deposit your check. Please write the follow on the back on the check: Your signature, For Mobile Deposit Only at CFECU via RDC, Account Number, Date.

When will I receive my e-statement for March (1st quarter)?

If you receive monthly statements, you will receive a paper statement in the mail for March. If you receive quarterly statements, you will receive a paper statement for the First Quarter of 2021. In either case, your statement should be delivered in the first week or two of April. Even if you signed up for e-statements, a paper statement for this period will be mailed to you.

How will this affect my IRA RMD and contributions for 2020?

If you are set up to receive a RMD from your IRA in April, it will be processed in March. The May disbursements will process as normal. If you are making a contribution to your IRA for 2020, it will need to be done as quickly as possible.

Will I have to set up my Bill Pay on new system?

Yes, you will need to download your current vendors that are currently set up on bill pay. Vendor information will not transfer.
